At Shin Do Ryu we train in self defense, so if one of our students is grabbed or struck they will know how to react efficiently and quickly and how to get help. 

Our Students are taught how to:

  • React and respond quickly when approached by a stranger

  • How to fight back if grabbed 

  • Block and Strike back if struck

  • Recognize dangerous situations and how avoid them

  • Stay aware of your surroundings
